The main objects of the trust shall be:
- To promote awareness amongst people on the need for protecting the environment from any kind of pollution and deterioration. To mobilize communities and people for undertaking activities that help in conservation of the environment and natural resources.
- To protecting and conserving natural resources like land, water, livestock, plants and animals.
- To take up active campaigns on large scale to promote awareness on environmental conservation and to promote people’s participation in such activities.
- To introduce clean energy such as solar, wind, bio-energy etc. for use in agriculture, fisheries, salt production, dairy, poultry etc. and in commercial enterprises, MSME units.
- To introduce clean energy usage in domestic sector such as roof top solar units, appliances powered by solar energy etc. Also, where possible bio-energy usage can be promoted.
- To undertake research and development activities that foster the conservation of environment, reduction and mitigation of climate change risks and promotion of general well-being of the mankind.
- To promote practices like organic farming, sustainable fishing and other livelihoods which are in alignment to the conservation efforts.
- To mobilize resources including human, technical and financial resources for the purpose of implementing activities, projects and programs that foster environmental conservation and reduction or mitigating of climate change risks.
- To train communities and other organizations which are interested in learning innovative approaches, programs, processes and systems.
- And, other development and welfare activities for the poorest especially women, children and Farmers with concern of local environment and ecology
